If you’re not sure where to start with your NDIS journey we can help. Linking in with the right services, coordinating these services and keeping everything on track – there’s a lot to think about!

You will find many NDIS-related organisations that offer Support Coordination alongside a range of other services. Element Disability Services are a little different as we offer just one service: Support Coordination. This means that we are tailored, independent and can remain impartial when helping you to choose providers that best suit your needs.

Understand the finer details of Service Agreements with your chosen providers
Your Support Coordinator will check in with you and your service providers regularly to make sure things are working well. In the background, we’re forever researching, tailoring, networking and assessing so that you have an array of service providers to choose from.
